Refunds can only be sent to the original card used to make a purchase. Zip is unable to issue refunds to a different payment method.
If your bank account is closed OR if you received a new card number, you will need to contact your bank or card issuer directly for further support.
If needed, the Zip team can provide evidence of the processed refund for you to share with your bank or card company.
