Open the app and tap "orders" at the bottom.
Open the order that you are returning.
Tap on the Zip card.
The employee will be able to use the card info to complete the return!
Please note: If a merchant issues a refund directly to a customer’s personal card or store credit, the customer is not due an additional refund and will still be responsible for paying off their installment plan.
