The message "Your Credit Report is Frozen" will appear if a freeze has been placed on your credit report.
Before you continue to use Zip, you would need to remove the freeze on your credit report for the duration of the time you wish to use Zip. This will not impact your credit score. For new Zip customers, failure to unfreeze your credit report within ten days of receiving this message in your Zip app will result in no further consideration being given to your application. Existing Zip customers will have account access restored once the credit report is unfrozen.
To unfreeze your credit report, please reach out to TransUnion directly or call 888-909-8872. Upon unfreezing your credit report, TransUnion will inform Zip, and access to your account will be restored.
