You may run into a screen saying Hmm, Something's Up when they try to log into your account.
First, please make sure you have the latest version of the Zip app. If that doesn't help, please try these suggestions:
1. Login with over WIFI on your phone.
2. Login with a computer/laptop to the customer portal.
3. Wait 24-28 hours before trying to log in again.
