For optimal protection of our accounts, every account may at some point be placed on hold for an additional review. We ask that should you encounter an error message such as "Hmm, something's up" that you please wait 48 hours before attempting to place another order.
If at that point you continue to receive this error message please let us know by submitting a ticket request here so our Support team can investigate further.
While we cannot guarantee the hold will be removed, we will conduct a review of your account and let you know whether you are able to continue using the Zip app once the review is complete.
If after review you are not permitted further use of the Zip app, you will still be required to pay off any outstanding installments using the Zip Customer Portal.
