The message, "Hmm, something's up", will appear on your screen if our systems identify that your account needs to be reviewed, to determine whether it can be used to place further orders. This is typically due to either detected risky activity on your account, or disputes being filed for Zip order installment charges.
If you have received a "Hmm, something's up" message, please let us know by submitting a ticket request here.
While we cannot guarantee the hold will be removed, we will conduct a review of your account and let you know whether you are able to continue using the Zip app once the review is complete.
If after review you are not permitted further use of the Zip app, you will still be required to pay off any outstanding installments using the Zip Customer Portal.
