To request to move a payment date, contact us here.
Please note that your payment date change request must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the payment due date for us to be able to consider the request. Unfortunately, any requests made within a 24-hour period will not be approved. We are not always able to grant payment date changes.
You will need to provide the order ID number listed in your Zip account in order to change the payment date (please do not simply enter zeros! This hinders our team's ability to promptly process your request).
