To return an item in-store, open the Zip app and tap “Orders” at the bottom.
Next, open the order and you will then be able to tap on the Zip card.
This will display the info needed by the employee to complete your return so it goes back to your Zip account.
Please note that we cannot process a refund if the merchant issues the refund to a personal payment card directly. We can only process a refund when the merchant issues it to the Zip virtual card.
