You may sometimes notice what looks like multiple charges on a successful order. You have likely not actually been charged multiple times. There are several reasons as to why this may have happened:
- A successful order is placed after an unsuccessful order.
- You place multiple purchase requests. Even if no order is placed as a followup.
- If our system is unsuccessful in its attempt to collect the first installment, and then succeeds soon after, creating what looks like two first installment payments. Only one of these payments was authorized, and created a Zip order.
All of these are pending charges and will automatically be removed or fall off from your account in 2 business days. On very rare occasions this can take up to 13 days.
