While we accept all credit and debit cards for payments on our platform, Capital One recently made a decision to prevent their Capital One credit cards from being used to make Zip purchases.
If you have a Capital One credit card on file, you will need to take the following actions:
- In order to continue using Zip to split your purchases in 4, please log into your account and add another payment card.
- If you have an order in progress with your Capital One card, you’ll also need to update your payment method for that purchase to ensure that future scheduled payments are completed successfully.
If you do not update your payment method, you may be declined for future purchases or incur late fees on existing payments.
