How do I update my email, address, or phone number for my Zip account?

1. Log into your Zip mobile app on your phone.
2. At the bottom, select the Account tab.
3. Select Personal Details.
4. To the right of your current email address, tap Change.
5. Enter your new email address twice, and hit Save.

To update your address using your Zip mobile app , after step 3 simply enter your new address (below "Phone Number") and tap Update.

You cannot update your phone number via the Zip app - this must be done through the Zip Customer Portal. See the following section for more info.
