You can update your account info using either the Zip Customer Portal or the Zip App.
Follow the below steps to update your email using your Zip mobile app.
- Log into your Zip mobile app on your phone.
- At the bottom, select the Account tab.
- Select Personal Details.
- To the right of your current email address, tap Change.
- Enter your new email address twice, and hit Save.
To update your address using your Zip mobile app , after step 3 simply enter your new address (below "Phone Number") and tap Update.
You cannot update your phone number via the Zip app - this must be done through the Zip Customer Portal. See the following section for more info.
