The only types of fees that customers may be charged using the Zip app are finance charges and late fees, as provided in our Terms of Service and are subject to future amendments.
Finance Charges
Purchases made through Zip are subject to a finance charge per installment.
Late Fees
If your installment payment is late, you may incur an initial late fee of $7.

If your order is assessed a late fee, please know that we can look to reverse/refund those fees for you. Requests to reverse a late fee(s) can be considered pursuant to current Zip fee waiver policies. If you have any additional questions, please reach out to us at us-support@care.zip.co
