To successfully add a new payment card, please ensure the following:
The zip code you enter for this card must match the billing zip code associated with the card you are adding, and the CVV must match the CVV on the back or front of your card. You can confirm your billing zip in your Account Details.
NOTE: Zip does not support pre-paid debit cards or Square Cash debit cards.
If you are still having difficulty adding a payment card, please submit a support ticket with a screenshot of the error you are seeing. We will ensure you are refunded for any late fees charged as a result of technical difficulties if the above steps have been followed.
