If you are able to make a payment toward an order via the Zip Customer Portal or the Zip (previously Quadpay) app, we strongly encourage you to do so. This way we can process your payment more quickly.
However, we understand that there are some circumstances where you may prefer or need to pay by physical check, and so we can accept a physical checks as payment toward your Zip order.
If you would like to make a payment toward your Zip order by a physical check, please write a valid check out to Zip Co. and include your Zip order number as the reference line for the check. Failure to do so may result in funds being applied to the wrong order.
