You can update your account info using either the Zip Customer Portal or the Zip App.
Zip App
Follow the below steps to update your address using your Zip mobile app.
- Log into your Zip mobile app on your phone.
- At the bottom, select the Account tab.
- Select Personal Details.
- Select the field with your current address.
- Enter your new address, and hit Save.
Customer Portal
You can easily update your billing address using the Zip Customer Portal. Once there, simply follow the below steps to edit your information.
- Log in via verification code using either your mobile number or account email.
- After entering the 6-digit verification code sent to either your phone or email, once logged in you will be brought to your Orders page.
- Select Account on the top right navigation.
- To update your address, select Edit next to it.
- Enter your new address and click Save.
