You can easily update your email, address, phone number or billing information, using the Zip Customer Portal. Once there, simply follow the below steps to edit your information.

- Log in via verification code using either your mobile number or account email.
- After entering the 6-digit verification code sent to either your phone or email, once logged in you will be brought to your Dashboard.
Under the Personal Information section, you can update your account email (or mobile number) by clicking Edit next to it.
- To update your email address, select Edit next to it, enter your new email and click Save.
- Once complete, you will receive an email notification confirming your new account email.
- To update your account address, click Edit next to "Address", update your address information, and click Save.
