You will need to reach out to the merchant directly to initiate any returns or cancellations. Make sure to reach out to them with your merchant-specific order number. You should have received this information in any confirmation emails sent out once your order was placed. If you can't find this, we recommend checking your spam folder.
Refunds are processed on your account as soon as the merchant notifies Zip of the return or cancellation. Once notified, payments made to date will be refunded back to you within 13 days.
