## Bills and expenses don't always line up with payday.

My Bills is Zip's built-in hub for managing and paying recurring bills (utilities, phone, insurance, subscriptions, and more) all in one place. Save your billers, set due date reminders, and pay bills over time using Zip's flexible buy now pay later payment plans.

Find My Bills under the **Account tab** in the Zip app.

## **What is My Bills?**

My Bills is a hub for your recurring expenses inside the Zip app. Instead of tracking bills across multiple apps or websites, you can save your billers in Zip, set due date reminders, and pay directly using Zip's flexible installment payment plans.

### **What's a biller?**

A biller is the company or service you owe money to regularly, such as your phone provider, electricity company, insurer, streaming service, or any other recurring expense.

## **What bills can you track and pay with My Bills?**

My Bills works for a wide range of everyday bills and recurring expenses, including:

* Utility bills (gas, electric, water)

*   Phone and internet bills

*   Insurance payments

*   Streaming services and subscriptions

*   Medical bills

*   Vet bills

*   Car repair and maintenance

* And more recurring or unexpected expenses

Unlike a debit or credit card, where customers can schedule ongoing repayments, with Zip, customers must initiate a payment request with each new transaction.

## **How to Add a Bill**

There are two ways to save a biller in My Bills:

### **Option 1: After a purchase**

After paying a bill merchant in the Zip app, you may see a prompt to save that biller to My Bills. Tap it to add the bill quickly without going through the full setup.

### **Option 2: Manually from My Bills**

1. Go to the **Account tab** and tap **My Bills**

2.  Tap **Add a Bill**

3. Select your biller from the **Bill Provider list**

4. Choose a due date and tap **Continue**

5. Review your details on the **Bill Details** screen and tap **Save Bill**

Once saved, you can set how often the bill recurs and turn on reminders so you're notified before it's due.

## **How to Set Up Bill Reminders**

Never miss a due date. When saving a bill, toggle on reminders. Zip will send a push notification **4 days before the due date** so you have time to pay.

You can turn reminders on or off for each bill individually at any time from the My Bills hub. Make sure notifications are enabled for the Zip app on your device.

## **How to Pay a Bill in Installments**

When a bill is due, tap **Pay Now** on the saved bill (from My Bills or directly from a reminder notification). Your biller's website opens inside the app and Zip's payment process begins.

* **Pay in 2**: pay 50% now, 50% in two weeks _(default)_

* **Pay in 4**: split into four payments over six weeks

* **Pay in 8**: split into eight payments over fourteen weeks1,2

Complete the payment on your biller's site as you normally would. If you don't have enough spending power, you'll see a prompt to repay or adjust the amount before proceeding.

**Important:** Schedule bill payments at least **3 business days before the due date** to allow for banking delays. Zip is not responsible for late payments, fees, or penalties if a payment doesn't process in time.

## **How to Edit or Delete a Bill**

Open any saved bill in My Bills and select the option to edit or delete it. You can update the bill name, amount, frequency, and next due date. Reminder settings update automatically when you save changes.

My Bills does not have autopay. You must manually tap **Pay Now** to pay each bill each month. Zip sends reminders 4 days before each due date to help you stay on track. All loans are subject to credit approval.
